It is located in Jamshoro, Sindh. The motto of this university is to keep on nurturing its each and every engineering graduate so that he or she comes with an enhanced perception and also wide perspective at the same time. Prof. Dr. Mohammad Aslam Uqaili is the Vice chancellor of this university and this university consist of 70,000 plus in number of students in it. It was founded in the year of 1963. This university used to had its affiliation with the Sindh University until the time of 1973. Later on the charter of “Engineering University” granted this institute the status of University. The very first  batch of this subjected university was inducted in the time of January 1974. Its first batch comes with an enrollment of about 450 students and this first batch opt the fields of civil and mechanical engineering. This first batch opted the fields of electrical and metallurgy and also industrial engineering.
